DO YOU BELIEVE?

Do you believe what the Bible tells us,
or do you think it's some old stupid stuff?
Do you believe that God talks in there,
or do you think that you don't have to care?
Do you believe that Jesus will hear
the prayers you say and can make all clear?
Do you believe that His Spirit guides,
and answers the questions inside your mind?

Do you believe in almighty God,
who made the whole world, and whose Kingdom lasts?
Do you believe that He has one Son,
who came here on earth to get some things done?
Do you believe, He came for your sins,
to take them on cross where He got then killed?
Do you believe that Jesus was raised?
His body cannot be found in the grave!

Do you believe that Jesus is God,
the first and the last, from eternal past?
Do you believe that He is real man,
who lived sinless life, like no other can?
Do you believe, He was sacrificed,
it was our sins for which Jesus died?
Do you believe that He is God's Word,
who has all the power to give you new birth?

Do you believe that you can be saved
to eternal life, if you have the faith?
Do you believe that faith is a gift,
your deeds play no role in receiving it.
Do you believe that Jesus will take
you up to the place where His Father waits?
Do you believe that those unwise men,
who reject God's Son, are heading to hell?

Do you believe that we have a task
to tell the Good News, what's been done by God?
Do you believe that we are to share
God's love everywhere, and say that He cares?
Do you believe that people who go
away when God calls should return back home?
Do you believe that Jesus comes back,
and it is too late to turn after that?
